If you are a former ISPE member seeking reinstatement, send your request to the ISPE President at ISPEpresident@thousanders.com. 

Please provide the following information in your reinstatement request:
(1) your full name
(2) the approximate dates of your previous membership in ISPE
(3) the physical mail and/or email addresses you had on file with ISPE at the time you were last a member
(4) your ISPE member number, if known
